Civil Site EngineerOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Civil Site Engineer to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Civil Site Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: July 2015
Duration: 3 months rolling

Responsibilities:
- To oversee the quality of the construction activities on site
- Identify defects and or outstanding build issues following partner activity on site
- Ensure additional site costs are kept to a minimum where possible
- Monitor and report on site progress and activities back to project team members
- Ensure the partner As Built drawings reflect the completed activity on site
- Escalate and report on any activities which could or have the potential to harm others
Qualification:
- Qualified Clerk of works or experienced project engineer
- Holder of CSCS card or similar
- Good knowledge of construction within the Telecommunication industry
- Experience and knowledge of network deployment and delivery projects
- Experience of working with blue-chip clients
- Professional structured approach to working on own initiative
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience of managing sub-contractors
