Position Title: RF Engineer - PMR/Tetra RF Planning & RF Measurements
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: August 2015.

Responsibilities:
- Take in charge of the RF planning including link budget, simulation, and radio parameters design for the networks
- Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance
- RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance
- Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- More than 5 years of experience in RF Planning
- Knowledge of PMR/Tetra
- Knowledge of ICS Designer RF Planning tool
- Fluent in English, German language is a strong plus
