Requirements
- Team leader of RAN team, technical interface towards customer, project management
- Plan and coordinate activities with internal/external customers
- Support Project Managers as technical subject matter expert
- Provide technical guidance on complicated network issue handling
- BSC/RNC and BTS/NodeB/eNodeB commissioning, integration experience
- Execute BTS/NodeB/eNodeB swap and troubleshooting case during the swap
- Collect and summarize customer needs and expectations on system introduction on different project
- Ensure timely system introduction in a high quality way, with high customer satisfaction
- Making the major upgrade or important cutover plans
- Prepare technical reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven working experience in wireless industry on GSM/UMTS/LTE networks
- 3+ years of Huawei BSC/RNC and BTS/NodeB/eNodeB commissioning, integration experience
- Accountable and performance-oriented
- Must be flexible and adaptable
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Quick learner of new technologies
- Fluent English & German language
