Utilities Works ControlWe are currently recruiting for our client, an International Telecommunications Organisation, for a Utilities Works Control to join their project in UK.
Position Title: Utilities Works Control

Responsibilities:
- Updating and processing companies MIS, diary management for Multi Utilities Team, data inputting: timesheets and forwarding to Payroll Department on timely basis.
- Liaison with Site agents/Teams on site for commencement and completion purposes and to ensure no overrun charges are incurred on site projects.
- Management of permits/notices from local highways authorities, team design surveys and project documents, coordination of safe digging requirements from other utilities, management and reporting for audit/compliance measures.
- Key responsibilities: Scheduling works, Customer Escalation Resolutions, Informing client of daily whereabouts and updates, Data Input to MIS, Liaising with Site agents/ supervisors and updating MIS, Management of Process Improvements, Permits/ notices from local authorities, Management of reports on daily and weekly basis.
Qualifications/Professional experiences Required:
- Skills/qualifications: Strong Customer Focus, Advanced MIS knowledge, NRSWA knowledge, Problem Solving, Results Focus, Teamworking (very important).
- Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Microsoft word, MIS, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information , Professionalism, Problem Solving, Verbal Communication.
- Time Keeping and flexibility is essential.
- Driving licence is a benefit.
