We are currently recruiting for an Optical Transport Network Engineer to join their business in Spain.

Position Title: Optical Transport Network Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Manage, perform and escalate network integrations and operations on customer network following standard requirements.
- Manage migrations and swap in transport network.
- Communicate with customer and partners to solve technology issues during deployment and integration.
- Support Deployment team on product and technology inquiries.
- Control and coordinate operations tasks with partners.
- WDM Technology issues solved
- Technology document output
- To define E2E transmission configurations within the operators network.
- Manage and update BBDD information
- Validation of designs ensuring they match regional deployment requirements.
- Report works results and weekly kpis.

Qualifications:
- WDM advanced knowledge.
- DATACOM and IP knowledge.
- Network operation skills.
- Group coordination and tasks management.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- EU national or valid work permit
