Position Title: Civil work Technician / Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: October 5th, 2015.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating the professional involved in the project and civil engineering columns of the installation team.
- Coordination and training in the safety and protection measures.
- Control of civil engineering and installation company to the correct leadership of Bautagebuch.
- Clarification of residents' complaints or special occurrences during the construction phase.
- Common allowance with the construction company and the owner.
- Provisional acceptance of the works with the participation of civil engineering or installation company under detection of defects and the instigation of elimination before acceptance.
- Acceptance of the works, composed the other in planning and site supervision specialists involved with detection of defects.
- Examination of all relevant invoices against BTN.
- Monitoring the rectification of identified at removal of construction defects.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Civil Work standard and technical specification.
- At least 5 years experiences at telecommunication CW part.
- Willing to communicate, with good communication skills.
- End to end management of CW progress/Quality.
- Interface to subcon and customer.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Experiences in Telefonica or ePlus.
- German: fluent; English: able to read technical documents.
