Design & Marketing Executive - North West - 12 Month Contract
Role Summary:
A fantastic contract position has opened up for a Design & Marketing Executive to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is based in a recognisable hospitality organisation based in the North West. The successful applicant will be tasked with the creation of marketing materials, and the accompanying artwork, in order to further the business development. They will be required to create artwork for the company website and to be knowledgeable about the business and the services on offer. The role requires an individual who can hit the ground running, who has experience working within tight deadlines and working well alongside colleagues.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Understanding of the full marketing mix
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Working within budget and timeframes
- Administrative duties
- Experience of working with external print/design agencies
- Creation of targeted marketing material
- Exceptional written and oral communications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to multitask
- Demonstrable experience of using Adobe Photoshop, Quark, Illustrator or similar (QuarkXpress preferable)
- Copywriting skills desirable
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or a degree in Marketing or Graphic/Creative Design is desirable, or similar work experience.
