About Us:
Bucketlist.org is rapidly growing community of people who want to lead massively successful lives. We currently have over 250,000 members and 3.5 million goals. We are aiming to become the leading goal-setting network. We are looking for a smart product manager to help us continue our growth.
We are a small team headquartered in Vancouver BC Canada. We are a mix of local and remote team members.
This role can be totally remote.
Responsibilities:
Rapidly improving our key metrics (acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue).
Define use cases, user personas, product features/requirements, roadmaps and release plans
Understand customer scenarios and make sure the product meets those needs
Understand how to quantify performance bottlenecks customers may have and turn them into actionable requirements
Work closely with current users & developers
Desired Qualifications:
Have strong understanding of user interface design
Able to create user scenarios
Strong understanding of Google Analytics and how to measure product performance
Solid understanding of user testing and usability best practices
Able to build user interface/wireframes and prototypes
Product management experience overseeing Internet products and technologies
Knowledge of internet trends
Experience gathering and documenting requirements
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Outstanding leadership skills
BONUS: If you have experience working on directories (like Yelp or TripAdvisor) that's a huge bonus.
Requirements:
Exceptionally strong analytical skills and a natural predisposition toward data-driven decision making.
The ideal candidate should nevertheless be able to make reasoned decisions in the face of uncertainty or imperfect data.
