My NHS client based in London is looking for an interim Substance Abuse Service manager who will be playing a pivotal role in the transformation, development and success of our services and is a key role in supporting our Enablement model and our specialist services.The contract will cover a period of 5 months
Main Duties:
- Direct management responsibility for a portfolio of selected services.
- Development of substance misuse services across the portfolio
- Ensure interventions are evidence based and outcome focused
- Part of the tendering team for new business including, identification of opportunities, bid writing and submission and mobilising of services.
- The post-holder will have responsibility with the Assistant Director for the delivery and management of service contracts
Service management experience in the NHS is vital, and it would benefit you to have lead on service redesign, transformation and development.
