A unique opportunity has arisen in an Education Institution in London for an Experienced Stu dent Records Manager with a track record working within the HE sector.START: ASAP
CONTRACT: 6 Months initially
RATE: £250 - £280 per day
Overview of skills:
- A solid understanding of sector best practice with regards to Records Management
- An understanding of external regulatory framework and obligations (incl HESA/HEFCE norms etc)
- Managing a 3 semester Academic year, with tight deadlines for managing marking/exam processes
- Logistical management of external exam process, including liaison with external parties (venues) and agencies (invigilation staff) familiarity with all operational exam management standard processes
- Management of Internal progression board, SAP assessment panels, and external Academic Award Boards
- Comfortable working with new systems, including bespoke products with limitations - identifying gaps, and suggestions for improvement.
- Provide sector standard expertise/best practice on Assessment management
- Managing data entry of marks, academic offenses, suspension/interruption requests, Extenuating circumstances applications, and other administrative duties.
- Providing input into process improvements and refinements, both in the SIS and off system
