Digital Marketing Executive (Online Servicing Programme)

Role allocation
100% Online Servicing Programme (OLS) until launch (mid- Jan)
From launch until the end of their time period it would be 50% OLS/50% D2C updates.

The principal focus of the role is the content for OLS. The programme is delivering in multiple phases and there are two primary deliverables (Consumer and Intermediary versions). The requirement would be to liaise with members of the project team, ASD and Product departments to establish the content that is required and then to get this through sign-off with compliance. This will have to be carefully coordinated to match the phased delivery and done twice (for each of the two versions). In addition it will have to be managed around tax year end.

The role would include documenting the process so that it could be handed over for future maintenance (it will be using a combination of Backbase and a third party CMS system - both new to us).

Additionally responsibilities include changes and new content required to our standard D2C, B2B and Advisor centre pages.

If there is spare capacity beyond this then they would assist with the tax year end project - primarily the update and submission of web pages.

The individual would need to have the following skills/experience:
- Experience in writing digital content, preferably with a financial services background
- Experience using content management systems
- Demonstrate good organisational skills and an aptitude to work independently
