Implementation / BA / PM - Wealth Management SoftwareWealth Management software vendor require an experienced Implementation Consultant / Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their growing Professional Services team based out of London.

Wealth Management Software company focused on building and implementing cutting edge wealth management systems across UK. This is an expanding company, who has recently won a number of new clients, so a great time for someone ambitious to join and make their mark on the future of the company. Standard implementations are 3 months for the front office software and 12 - 24 months for front to back. This role would focus more on the front to back and back office implementations.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather and analyse requirements, design, configure and deliver workflow solutions using the in-house built wealth management system
- Understand wealth management workflows, particularly in the back office, such as fund accounting, settlements, crest interactions etc.
- Drive constant product improvement, system enhancements, new features, etc.
Maintain knowledge of multiple asset-classes and industry innovations - Set and communicate clear and realistic client expectations
- Provide consultancy services to ensure that the software is configured correctly in order to guarantee optimal software performance
- Provide guidance to clients throughout the implementation process
- Provide knowledge of best practise within the back office processes to help clients understand different options to meet business requirements
Required experience
- Experience with implementing systems ideally within Wealth Management but if you have experience of implementing Asset Management or Hedge Fund systems you will still be considered
- Strong understanding of front to back office processes within wealth or asset management - including settlements, fund accounting and crest interactions
- Drive to constantly improve internal processes and increase efficiencies
- Good understanding and experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant as well as Project Management skills
- Thorough understanding of wealth management or asset management process and workflows
- Well organised self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication and strong problem solving / analytical skills
- Solid understanding of software product development lifecycle
