Our Client an Enterprise Healthcare Business is looking for a Service Designer to drive IT Service Management within their aligned customer group in line with IT Strategic direction to standardize and align to one way of delivering IT Service Excellence.
Required Experience:
- Service Design and the ability to create a service catalogue
- ITIL Qualification.
- Expertise in process above tool, but Remedy on Demand is a distinct advantage
- Specific experience in Service Strategy and Service Design.
- Experience rolling out IT Services
- Senior stakeholder management experience
- Process Improvement experience
- ITIL implementation experience focusing on SRM, SLM, SCM and SPM
- ITSM Strategy experience.
