Cisco Routing and Network Specialist - Leicester - Up to £50kComputer Futures are currently working with a key client seeking an experienced Senior Network Specialist to be based in their Leicester office.
This is an ideal role for a talented and proactive individual with proven experience within a Cisco service provider environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and commission LANs and WANs
Project plan, configure and deploy network infrastructure hardware
Monitor health of clients' network infrastructure
Provide second and third line support to clients via telephone and email for the range of the clients' services
To provide diagnosis and resolution of issues raised by clients
Report and manage issues through our wholesale suppliers
Keeping clients up to date at all times
Answering clients' questions
In order to be successful you MUST have the following:
- Routing and Switching experience
- Previous experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
- CCNP
