Description
We are seeking an experienced digital marketer to join our team as a growth hacker.As chief growth hacker and virality manager you will be responsible for driving our user acquisition strategy through marketing campaigns, public relations and user communications. You will be working closely with our CEO and Business Development team to drive virality in a fast-growing market.
You will work as a core member of our team and will come up with new ideas to expand our user base and to increase user engagement.
You will be challenged to think outside of the box by collaborating with a world-class team of investment managers, designers, engineers and technologists.

Responsibilities
- Develop and manage marketing and communication strategy
- Grow communities with other investors, influencers, bloggers and within social media channels
- Lead and coach our marketing team
- Write and generate content for Nvestly blog
- Manage user email marketing and newsletters
- Manage and execute social media strategy
- Coordinate speaking events
- Develop and manage acquisition campaigns
Requirements:
- 3+ years of tangible experience
- Bachelor's degree from a top university
- Strong track record of achievement in marketing, advertising, growth hacking and/or PR
- Passion for startups and investing
- Prior experience in finance or investment-related field not required but preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Fearless and comfortable owning projects
