Scrum Master - Retail Banking (Change Programme)
Great opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Coach to join a major Banking "ring fence" project for retail banking
Role requirements:
- You will be Scrum Master Certified and a have a proven background within Retail Banking environments (ESSENTIAL)
- You will have experience of Agile Adoption, Agile Coaching and Agile Delivery within retail Banking environments
- You will have experience in leading agile teams using Kanban or other agile processes (XP, DSDM, Evo etc) and SAFE
- A background of leading agile teams within retail banking projects
- Experienced in architecture principles, that include rationales and implications
- Experience of planning, estimating, staffing, organising, and managing a business-driven technology change programmes and understanding of procurement cycles
As an experienced Scrum Master (stand-ups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives etc.) you will promote and facilitate continuous delivery, and lean practices, which enable the client to 'go faster and safer' through the adoption of agile scrum and other agile delivery methodologies within technology change programmes
