My client, a Clinical Commissioning Group based in London are looking to recruit for a Corporate Governance Lead.
Title: Governance Lead Rate: £200 - £220 per day
Location: London
Contract Length: 3 Months +
The main duties expected of the Interim Corporate Governance Lead are as follows:
* Background in Corporate Governance, Risk and Assurance
* Trust Secretary background
* Experience of minute taking
* Writing meeting agendas
* Preparing and producing relevant documentation for committee board meetings
* Well organised
* Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
