Our Client is currently looking for a Windows IT Administrator for a 13 month contract based in Brussels, Belgium.The Administrator is part of a team responsible for the daily management of the Windows server platforms (physical and virtual environments), Active Directory (policies ...), Corporate and media storage, Exchange environment and other Microsoft products. This management includes Deployment Server, Windows updates, security patches, ...
The role will include:
- management of Certificates (SSL): Creation of CSR's applications for licenses, installing certificates on Windows systems.
- managing VMware vSphere: the creation and maintenance of windows templates, maintaining roll out procedures for Windows machines, Microsoft-related activities in VMware.
- working on projects.
- pro-actively monitoring developments around Microsoft products and advises the team.
- participating in the processes of incident, problem, change and configuration management.
- running in a call (turns).
Skills selected:
Knowledge of Windows Server 2008 (R2 +) - 2012, SCCM and WSUS
Knowledge of HP 3PAR product
Knowledge of backup solutions
Knowledge of VMWare vSphere, Veeam Backup & Replication
Knowledge of scripting (powershell), PKI, Radius, RSA
Knowledge of Trend Micro Security Solutions or equivalent
Knowledge of IBM Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM)
Knowledge of HP hardware Medior
Knowledge of Linux, Oracle, networking, security, DNS / DHCP Medior
Knowledge of ITIL processes Medior
