Solution Architect - Preston - 6 MonthsA key clients of ours a local authority based in Preston, is looking for a Solution Architect for an initial 3 month contract. As the Solution Architect your role will be to ensure efficient and effective design, development, procurement maintenance and support of the organisations systems both corporate and departmental to ensure best use of the company's investment.
Main duties and responsibilities:
*Designing and developing systems to transfer output from applications to suitable medium including website, Intranet and other applications
*Designing and configuration of database systems to preserve the integrity and usability of data and information
*Assist the business in drawing up user requirements
*Carry our software development to set standards utilising a wide range of development and database technologies
*Technical documentation of applications proving commentary to assist maintainers
Job title: Solution Architect
Rate: £300 - £350 per day DOE
Contract length: 6 Months
Stat date: ASAP
