Nurse Assessors
Location - West Midlands
Contract Length 3-6 Months
Start - 2-4 weeks

Multiple Continuing Care Nurse Assessors are required for a busy continuing care team. There are multiple roles available for nurse assessors looking to carry out Live Assessments, Retrospective Reviews and Current retrospective cases. The opportunities have arose due to some upcoming project/pilot work.

Essential experience
  • You must have a current in date Registered General Nurse (RGN) Adult or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification
  • Carrying out assessments for suitability of care packages
  • Writing reports of assessments
  • Knowledge of the Continuing Health care framework
  • Experience of utilising Decision Support Tool (DST) and able to work
