Migrate the information that resides in 2 Legacy systems into valuable self-service content that exists in the cloud with a consistent architecture
My client is looking for someone that can:
- Implementing a knowledge base connected to our business processes on brand' customer experience.
- Grasping the full design intent' - how customers should conduct self-service' with products on the traditional AV side, and what tools are needed on the system side
- Creating a scalable Information Architecture that structures large and complex datasets into a simple modular system.
- Design a management interface of a data-driven system that will be used by an internal team to remove the manual process of producing and printed materials automatically
