E-business Project Manager
Responsibilities and tasks:
You drive the realization of business initiatives from start to finish and have the responsibility to align the various digital initiatives cross domain with an end-to-end view.
Your main business interlocutors are internal and/or external, responsible for the development and the implementation of the projects.
Your role consists of identifying and translating the business needs and requirements from different internal departments (E-business, Sales, Marketing) and align them together. Your main objective is to deliver the projects on time, ensuring that the end result is aligned with their expectations.
You coordinate the different teams involved in the project.
You deliver the data, information and the required input/feedback inherent to the project, in order to meet the projects milestones and deliverables.
You guarantee close cooperation with the IT departments and Project Management (or external partners) who are responsible for the web architecture, development and technical delivery of the project.
You specify and translate the E-business requirements (qualitative and in respect of the plannings) to the IT departments.
You coordinate and ensure a daily follow up of the projects through their complete project cycle, with the different teams involved.
You create status reporting for the Management.
You organise and coordinate meetings for alignment, validation and consolidation of all deliverables (business requirements, functional analysis, design, wireframes, testing phase).
You assist at the daily scrum meetings (if applicable) and prioritisation and status meetings where you represent the interest of the business and internal customers.
You plan the resource necessary to the delivery of the projects.
You identify and anticipate any blocking or non-blocking issues and raise them to the adequate management level
You draft roadmaps for projects within your responsibility in order to identify dependencies and impacts on other web projects or applications.
You are accountable for an optimal end to end customers' experience.

As E-business Project Manager, you answer to following conditions:
You have a professional and relevant experience in Business Project Management of E-business projects for large organisations
You bring added value to the E-business projects and its technical solutions from the experience you have gathered dealing with requirements gathering, evaluating design and UX proposals, accompanying functional (use case design) and technical analysis and wireframing.
You are able to manage ongoing activities on a multitude of applications and projects simultaneously
You are able to understand the role and importance of the UX in projects you are managing and attach them to the Business strategy and objectives.
You are able to manage priorities based on strategy and take fast decisions, even in complex circumstances.
You have a good knowledge of web content management tools, platforms, E-commerce and self-servicing solutions or are open to quickly learn these new technologies or technics
You have good knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2) and development methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
You have very good communication skills
You have previous relevant work experience in E-business Project Management.
Experience in telecommunications sector is an asset.
You have good knowledge of web related technologies
You have a very good knowledge of French, Dutch and English (written and speaking)
