Description
Our Client, an established engineering company within the Energy from Waste and Biomass sector, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor (QS) for a 3 month contract.Ideally you will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 3 + years and have:
- Background working on Energy from Waste, Plant or Commercial Construction projects
- Experience working for a main/principle contractor
- Experience working on multi million pound projects
- M+E (mechanical & electrical) & Process Experience
- Experience providing commercial support to Design and Contract Staff
- Monitoring costs and budgets
- Practical experience working with plans and designs.
Although this is a short term assignment there is an opportunity for further work as my client have projects starting early 2016. Due to the urgency of this role my client are looking for someone to join the project as soon as possible and will interview suitable candidates within 7 working days.
