SAP HR Consultant - Paris , France - French and English speaking
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP HR Consultant.

Description/Comment: HR design and implementation activities for an HR minimaster solution:
Interfaced with Legacy HR system (Peoplesoft, etc )
Integrated with other SAP modules (ie: for workflow management for Procure to Pay, Sales Order, Time recording, etc)
Consistent to support HR Company events (employee master data, Organization management, hiring, leave of absence, illness, etc )
Functional activities (ie: Business Blueprint, Detail Design & System functional configuration, Functional Specification delivery, Test, Change Management, Training and Post go-live)
Deliverables
Detail design Functional Specification finalization
Impact Analysis on day-by-day work on End Users
User Acceptance Test scenarios
UAT script
Training material
Skills
SME to design, follow-up the build and test a custom HR solution
PA and OM modules to understand the concepts
Business workflows is a plus
Notions of ABAP to be able to challenge the Build advisor (third party) during build phase
Languages: English Language (French native/fluent)
