Implementation Project Manager (Contract - On-Site with Banking Client)
- Years of experience: between 5 to 10 years
- The incumbent will have a solid understanding of securities servicing business and Operations experience in investment operations/processing (eg equities, Fixed Income, derivatives, MM, etc)
- Qualification: At least a degree (accounting, business, business management)
- Skills: Analytical, Communication, Stake-holder management, Quick thinker
Key Responsibilities;
- Act as project manager for significant client events, typically a complex new business on-boarding project or an existing client on-boarding project
- Define & monitor planning, scope & budget
- Define & manage governance
- Kick-off the project
- Conduct a post-mortem when relevant
- Regularly report progress internally & to the client
- Collect & analyse client feedback
- In case of a new business on-boarding event, gather information required from the client
- Gather information required to create & maintain client accounts ensuring that it is documented as per standard templates
- Gather information required to set-up the Ops platforms, ensuring that it is documented as per standard templates
- Coordinate with Ops to ensure the client has been set-up as per expectations, conducting when relevant cross-Business Lines testing
- Ensure a correct handover process at the end of the project
- Ensure that a handover to the client service manager and operations is properly done at the end of the project
- Help the client service manager to take ownership of the implements changes
- Escalate any issue that could damage the relationship/project
