My client, a well renowned organisation is urgently seeking a Rewards Analyst (compensation, benefits and policies) for Maidenhead. This role sits in the Compensation team, which consists of the manager and this role. This area is responsible for Pay, bonuses and pensions and looking at ways to ensure that the company is lined up against competition and the external market. The team looks at creative ways of retaining people through rewards, ie, salary, bonus, pensions etc.

  • Need to come from a Rewards background
  • Excellent Excel skills - pivot tables, v-lookups, and macros ideally
  • Experienced with HAY methodology - used for job evaluation
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Need to be analytic, persuasive, with an ability to negotiate and argue based on facts (good questioning ability).
