Real Staffing are currently recruiting for a Service Redesign and System Resilience Manager within a CCG in the south.
Contract length - 3 months
Day rate £400 - £500
Start Date: Negotiable
The role:
* Deputise for the Director - System Resilience and Integration
* Support on planning and strategic delivery of the Urgent Care Working Group
* Work with the Director for the process of system resilience planning and the development of remedial action/recovery plans in liaison with local urgent care leads to ensure strategic alignment across the health and social care economy.
* Support Clinical Lead for NHS 111, develop and support the 111 Clinical Governance Meetings
* To provide a Project Management Office function for co-ordination of QIPP schemes across the CCG
*Take responsibility for a portfolio of service redesign within the QIPP team.
*The post holder will be expected to contribute knowledge of business change, service design methodology and strong programme/project skills within an environment of complex NHS business and planning processes
* The post holder will be required to communicate and provide highly complex information to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Please note that the ideal candidate MUST have QIPP planning experience and some operational experience to with the system resilience part of the role.
