Description

Responsibility:

1 Responsible for strategy formulation and technical architecture design of base station energy consumption management, ensure technical direction, planning, risks mitigation, technical progress, and innovation.etc..

2 Responsible for technical solution architecture design of passive technology, ensure technical direction, planning, risks mitigation, technical progress, and innovation.

3 Have an deep insight into industrial trend of energy management, analyze carrier requirement and new trend of competitors on energy management.

4 Guide and forecast new business model of energy management.

5 Plan and develop site energy solution, including system architecture development, cost Accounting mode, quotation solution, sales guidance and delivery guidance.

6 Responsible for HLD, LLD and design specification of site energy solution.

7 Inspect system design and technical decision of site energy solution, and provide mentoring and help find technical defects and resolve technical issues.

8 Track and conduct advanced technology and guide technical solution planning.;

9 Support bidding and delivery of key projects.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above in power distribution or energy related field or equivalent;
  • At least 15 years practical experience in energy and passive industry.
  • Managed Services project experience on 3000+ sites management, understand technical indexes and evaluation model of network energy, good at energy consumption improvement. -
  • At least 15 years experience of distribution design and implementation, familiar with high and low voltage distribution and able to complete site distribution design and power implementation design.
  • Have hybrid product development or test experience, familiar with one of wireless sites, hybrid including Solaris, generator, battery and other similar products.
  • Ability to control quality, cost, progress, and risk during project implementation.
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Teamwork and good communication skill
  • Frequent travel is a must.
