Description
ELECTRICAL DESIGNER LONDON 6 MONTHS INITIALLYWe require an Electrical Engineering Designer to join our London based team design our expanding District Heating Networks throughout the UK. The District Heat Networks have energy centre what contain combined heat and power engines from a few hundred kW to around 2MW as well as pumps, boilers and controls. We work closely with the business development team, construction team, and operations so the role will include the design circle from concept into operation.
Responsibilities shall include the design of electrical systems including:
- Low Voltage Distribution
- High Voltage systems (Typically 11kV)
- Fire alarm and gas detection systems
- Lighting
Liaising with external clients and internal business development teams.
Site inspections and technical support during construction.
Software skills required include Amtech, AutoCAD, and Revit(desirable)
This for a 6 month initial contract and is based in London on £310 a day.
