Communications Manager

Our North West based client are currently recruiting for a Communications Manager to join their Business Change team on a contract basis.

The role will involve creating and delivering communications to ensure successful delivery of change projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the communication lead ensure approach and plan is integrated with the wider business.
  • Facilitate creation of key messages and stakeholder management plan.
  • Provide coaching on techniques to achieve effective communication
  • Develop creative material - continually review content to ensure material is fit for purpose.
  • Provide regular reports on communication activity and budget spend

Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of delivering effective communication techniques
  • Understanding of business challenges
  • Experience of working on change projects on a large scale
  • Ability to write clearly
  • Knowledge of publication skills for improvement
  • Understanding of production and design techniques
  • Social Media expertise
  • Experience within a contact centre environment would be ideal
