RocSearch are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Service Manager L3 (Service development and integration) based in Prague.
Responsibilities:
Acts as IT Designer/Architect/Capacity Manager
-Owns the overall solution design (incl. service, architecture, technology, process) and ensures that all parties adhere to it.
-Ensures that the solution design conforms to (current and evolving) strategic, architectural, governance and business requirements.
-Identifies current usage and forecast requirements based on the demand pipeline and schedule provided by APM and maintains an appropriate roadmap for necessary solution changes.
-Identifies, initiates and coordinates necessary solution setup and change activities.
Acts as IT Business Analyst ("Gatekeeper")
-Serves as single point of contact for APM and provides appropriate consultancy regarding the existing archiving solution.
-Evaluates the feasibility of the demand pipeline and schedule provided by APM from a service perspective and aligns (service internally as well as with APM) as necessary.
-Analyzes each incoming archiving request, verifies that the readiness criteria are met and determines the appropriate archiving solution.
-Either accepts archiving requests and hands them over to the Archiving Execution team or rejects archiving requests and hands them back to APM along with an appropriate rationale and advice.
