MI Analyst/Reward and Recognition/Pay Models/HR/Excel/Banking/London

We are looking for the services of an MI Analyst to join a team, in a banking organisation, based in London. The role will be to support the design and delivery of a pay review, for a business transitioning between two very different approaches and systems.

Role Criteria

Run cash reward analysis and modelling - mainly base pay, but some variable as well (created pay models)

Format and QA files for transformation/upload

Provide professional support to the communication of pay outcomes (pay letters, Intranet sites, supporting business guides, etc

Deliver stand-alone pieces of work/small projects

Tracking and resolving outstanding reward issues using own knowledge and connections in immediate and broader programme team

Essential

  • Experience of creating pay models
  • High level of numerical and analytical ability
  • Advanced Excel skills experience (able to use formulae, pivot tables, and look-ups).
  • Payments experience - Pay review analyst- Cash Comp- Pay progression models - Pay progression Matrix. Pay Matrix
  • Excellent MI/analytical skills, ideally gained in an HR or Reward systems environment

Desirable

  • Reward background, dealing with benefits, shares, cars etc
  • Banking Background
  • Experience with market data - ideally Towers Watson
  • Experience of involvement in delivering business change
