Description
We are currently recruiting for a Principal RF Design Engineer to join one of our prestigous clients in Belgium. You will be designing advanced RF ASICs for wireless data transmission.Key responsibilities & Tasks
- Provides technical lead in the successful realization of an RF project in a design team.
- Analyses systems requirements and translates them into realizable RF systems architectures
- Supports the Design engineers in the design of RF subsystems, handling complex design issues
- Performs high-level system verifications
- Develops new technology with CTO
- Shares design experiences with co-developers and/or other designers of the company.
Job Requirements
Education/experience:
- Degree in microelectronics engineering (PHD preferred).
- At least 10 years prior experience in RF chip design is required.
- Proven experience at both circuit level and systems level.
Mandatory competences
- Technical: Expert knowledge of modern RD communications systems is a must.
- Language: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Excellent team player able to mentor more junior staff
