Job Description:- Responsible for daily consultation with advertisers utilizing knowledge of the Internet and advertising principles via in-bound and out-bound phone calls, e-mail and faxes.
- The purpose of consultation is to facilitate the fulfillment of a website product and design process.
- The Product Consultant manages their respective workload by monitoring progress of the fulfillment process in order to achieve defined timeline commitments to advertisers and Sales.
- All work is based within a specified timeline that requires various multitasking skills to reach required deadlines.
- Make scheduled outbound calls to advertisers to consult and collect information for their website build.
- Manage the workflow of advertiser's websites in fulfillment until they are published.
- Address advertisers Internet/Web page design or fulfillment process questions.
- Serve as liaison between advertiser and Sales Operations.
- Develop, organize and submit customized content packet with advertiser's information for product design.
- Make simple changes to advertiser's websites.
Mandatory Skills:
- Previous experience in Consulting and/or Customer Service needed.
- Knowledge of Web Site design in order to create optimal search results.
- Account management and organization skills are a must.

- Ability for critical thinking and data analysis.
- Excellent creative writing and proofing skills as they relate to website marketing, also including Internet search products, site titles & descriptions.
