Description
My client has a new role for an Insight Manager while based in central London. The role requires extensive travel through-out the UK with at least two days a week spent in Edinburgh.
You will be responsible for all aspects of customer insight and the wider payments landscape.
The contract will last for a minimum of 1 year and will be based around product roadmaps, strategy and stakeholder management.
Reporting into the Head of Product Strategy and Customer Experience.
Key skills needed for the role include:
*Strong experience of Digital Wallets with a linked understanding of Subject Matter.
*Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
*Distil insight into digestible output and compelling presentations
*Support the existing UI and UX TEAMS
