Description

Communication Officer (60%) wanted for our client within the pharma industry.

Your tasks:

- Work closely with the Communications & Information Office; serve as communications consultant on major campaigns and projects to help streamline review of promotional materials.

- Build and enhance in depth company and product knowledge to educate business (LifeCycle teams), affiliate and regional communicators on Good Promotional Practices for content development

- Partner cross-functionally to provide expert branding, medical, legal and regulatory guidance and support to Marketing Services and LifeCycle teams and affiliates in PR/communications tactics

- Develops, initiates, maintains, and revises policies and procedures for the general operation of the promotional review process and its related activities to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.

- Identifies and escalates potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements plans for resolution of problematic issues and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future

- Provides reports on a regular basis to keep the team and organizational leads informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts

- Develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees

Your experience/skills:

- minimum of 5 - 7 years experience in a healthcare organization
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's desired
- Familiarity with operational and quality assurance procedures and regulations in a healthcare organization is required
