Central Operations Administrators are required to support various functions including, but not limited to, client and internal business reporting, daily and monthly maintenance of specific accounting items and in general, to support the NAV production process carried out in UK Fund Accounting locations in Manchester, Dublin, Cork and Wroclaw.

This investigation will be complied into reporting to be discussed on weekly conference calls with senior management, which will cover a range of clients and a range of potentially NAV impacting breaks. There are additional reports generated on a monthly basis, which review derivative reconciliations and aged breaks. A large portion of your time will be spent liaising with internal departments to provide responses to queries raised by trustees. Trustee reporting is generated by our support team in Pune, however it is reviewed and monitored by the Central Control team. You will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for both Trustees and other internal departments.

Valuations Support

Additionally, you will be required to maintain a log of special dividend and corporate action events, ensuring correct income and capital treatments are applied and processing transfers where necessary. The team also completes a number of other tasks including exchange rate validation, option premium transfers and UK and US REIT reviews.

This includes the calculation of Equity (historic) and Bond Yields and the production of Dilution Levy rate calculations, used to support the swing pricing process. In addition, you will be responsible for producing and applying Effective Yield journals, covering complex fixed interest products. Our clients may request regular or ad-hoc Income Forecasts to provide details of expected future distributions, which will require you to forecast future dividend receipts, bond coupons, expenses and more.
