Description
Entelo is looking for an experienced marketing writer to join our team. You'll be responsible for ideating solutions to pain points of people in the hiring space and creating a variety of articles accordingly.
What you'll be doing:
Creating blog posts for an audience of people in the hiring space sourcers, recruiting coordinators, recruiters, hiring managers, talent heads, CHROsIdeate, write, and produce various types of content on a range of topics, from quick-hit blog articles to long-form data pieces and eBooks Review webinars and podcasts for content ideas Optimizing content for search engines and lead generation Growing blog subscribers, converting visitors into leads, and expanding our blog's overall reach Checking in weekly with our inbound marketing manager to discuss content ideas and provide findings on data and statistics on the hiring industry
Your background:
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines An analytical mind and interest to optimize and scale blog marketing strategies and tactics Ability to think creatively and strategically to understand the hiring space and come up with new ideas for content Ability to thrive without structure and under minimal supervision 1-2+ years of prior writing and editorial experience in technology and/or marketing with a portfolio of writing samples to show Experience in the recruiting/hiring space is a plus
This role is for remote work for local and non-local candidates, with the potential for relocation and a full-time opportunity with many possibilities for career progression.
