Marketing Manager - Sutton - 12 Month Contract
Role Summary:
My key client based in Sutton is seeking a full time Marketing Manager for a 12 month contract to join a large leisure organisation. The Marketing Manager will be charged with the creation and implementation of the strategic marketing plan for one of the organisation's divisions, including budget management. The role is varied and will encompass day-to-day marketing duties, in order to increase already growing sales and customer engagement. The successful candidate must be able to work to strict deadlines and manage a range of projects and stakeholders simultaneously. They must be a team player as the role will involve close liaison with members of other departments.
Additionally, the role will involve working alongside the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director to create the marketing strategy, and to work alongside external agencies to produce high quality marketing collateral. It will involve an integration of both on and offline marketing channels to launch new products. There will also be a need to keep up to date with market modernisations and competitor activity. The role involves maintenance of the website's content and management of financial resources.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Proven experience in similar marketing role
- Strong product management experience
- Degree level educated and CIM qualification
- Passionate and ability to think creatively
- Strong stakeholder management ability
- Experience of team and budget management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
- Must have a marketing/Communications degree or equivalent/relevant experience
- Must have a CIM qualification, or member of a relevant professional body
