Description
The Training Lead is responsible for all training aspects of the SAP Implementation program.
The Training Lead will set up, as a result of the new SAP solution the necessary training environments, training materials and training delivery necessary for the success of the SAP implementation, and set up an ongoing program for SAP training requirements.
1. The responsibilities of the Training Lead include:
- Develop and implement a Training strategy that supports the new solution design and system to effectively training each and every user of the new product.
- Develop and implement a Training Plan that supports the Training Strategy.
- Develop training material that is based on the new solution, and business processes, taking into account the changes and key manual processes that are required for successful transactions in SAP.
- Lead the Train the Trainer and End User Training, ensuring that effective training is delivered at all times.
- Provide feedback on post training evaluations done by trainees.
- Setup a long term Training environment for ongoing SAP end user training.
2. The person needs to have:
- At least 6 full life cycle projects from a training leadership perspective
- At least 5 years of SAP functional knowledge
- Demonstrated experience in leading SAP training for large scale SAP implementations in a multi-cultural environment spanning multiple regions and jurisdictions
- Ability to direct and lead the functional consultants on derivation of training material creation
- Ability to plan and lead classroom and on line training.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a training team, including covering SAP training material creation, training of end users, and SAP Training environment management
Demonstrated communication skills including the ability to liaise with senior management and various stakeholders
