Sales Manager - Sweden

We are looking for an experienced Sales Professional to cover our IT training sales in Sweden.

The role is Full time and includes account management but also new customer acquisition. The role can be shaped according to the experience level of the candidate

Job responsibilities:
Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Selling training portfolio of Cisco/Juniper and other IP/IT related trainings
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good business sense
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Initiative and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication and 'people skills'
- Good planning and organizational skills
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good IT, budget and report writing skills
