Calling all User Researchers! QA Consulting have an amazing opportunity for a User researchers with a background in large scale transformation programmes.
Working with us, you can expect to work with world class organisations who form our client base. QA Consulting operates a graduate programme with our clients, we supply top level graduates with a focus on Service now. We are looking for senior service now consultants to lead our teams and the project on site for our clients.
The caveat is that in order to provide that kind of service we do to our clients, we can't work with everybody, we have to be selective. We have a network-based model and work on the basis that good people know good people. From time-to-time, we come across highly niche roles or particularly unusual client assignments that require us to reach out for new talent that's where we hope you come in.
We are looking for someone to:
Work within the a wider team of designers, analyst and developers, promoting user centred design principles and communicating the needs of the service users, in order to produce a quality digital design.
You must have:
- Proven experience of using a verity of usability testing methodologies to reveal actionable insight and gather user needs for web based services.
- Proven experience of creating research strategies/approaches
- Experienced in managing workshops
- Excellent analytical skills
- Extensive knowledge of human factors, ethnography and user-centred design processes.
Qualifications:
- Degree in - HCI/usability/cognitive psychology/market research or related fields
