Description

Communications Officer - £100-£150p/d Ltd - London- 4 Months

Essential Experience:
*Experience of community managing corporate profiles on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube, and ability to do this on Instagram and Pinterest.
*Ability/experience of using social media engagement and monitoring tools such as Hootsuite Enterprise, Pulsar Trac, BuzzSumo to monitor conversations, evaluate, and influencer map
*Skills to help teams create and deliver interesting and high-impact digital content for campaigns (examples of content we create in-house are smartphone videos, instavids, vines, gifs, quote cards)
* Experience in optimising and targeting content for different social media channels and audiences.
* Experience of managing paid for social media (desirable)

Key tasks and deliverables:
*Monitor and engage with social media activity on our main channels
*Keep a keen eye on what's happening in the world of food and using these opportunities to start conversations/share messages.
*Work with other parts of communications to keep the content planner up-to-date, and using it to suggest social media activity around key events such as #WorldVeganDay and #WorldHungerDay.
*Work with colleagues across communications and our external agencies to deliver interesting and high-impact digital content for campaigns.
*Use tools such as Pulsar Trac, BuzzSumo and SocialBro to map the influencers we should be reaching out to generally and on a campaign by campaign basis.
*Work with colleagues to evaluate the success of our general activity and during campaigns, using Pulsar Trac. Provide advice and support to colleagues across the FSA as they build their own social media profiles.
Description:
*Work with inter-departmental colleagues on executing social media strategy and building greater brand awareness.
* Find and develop relevant content that is of interest to users, monitor engagement on social media, and help develop and implement innovative campaigns to improve visibility.
*Be an advocate for social media and identify opportunities to offer better customer service.
