SAP HR/Payroll Consultant, ESS, MSS, TM, PA, OM.
Our client has an urgent requirement for an SAP HR/Payroll Consultant to join their team on 6 month initial contract. They are looking for a Functional Consultant who can hit the ground running. In this role you will work with the Support Team initially to get up to speed with systems and then work on a number of new enhancements into 2016.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in SAP HR & Payroll
- Configuration & functional expertise of SAP Payroll & HR functionality
- Implementation of National & UK Budget Changes & SAP Support Packs
- Irish Payroll experience is desirable, but not essential

You will work with a team of experts in the following capacity: -
- Support of core business processes
- Troubleshooting incident and problem resolution
- Batch monitoring and recovery of failures with a view to improving the system/batch performance
- Delivery of ad hoc unplanned changes
- Documenting procedures and processes for Enterprise systems and interfacing systems
- Managing Project and change request (CR) scoping, estimation and design (ie preparing functional specification) through to implementation (completing system configuration, liaising closely with ABAP team during build phase) and preparing and managing all elements of testing (unit, system and integration)
- Identifying potential process improvements opportunities across the landscape
- Working alongside Team Leads, Delivery Leads, Functional SME's and Solution Architects to Identify and manage risks
