SAP/ERP Organisational Change Manager - 12 months - Amsterdam - English speaking
We require a Senior Organisational Change and Communications Manager for a large SAP programme. Interviews will take place immediately for suitable consultants.
Skills:
- You must have a minimum 7 years experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Previous SAP experience (Minimum 4-5 years)
The role:

You will advise and lead the design, development and execution of Integrated Change Plans for a large complex SAP/ERP project, including leadership alignment and stakeholder management and all other change, communication and education activities

You will work with assigned Global IT project leadership team to ensure alignment with BU and function leadership.

You will integrate people and other resources to carry out the Change Plan
Stakeholder Engagement Plans

Change/Impact Action Plan based on Change Impact Assessments

Master role mapping of SAP roles and user mapping

Be hands-on with communication materials
