Description of the mission
Assure the role of project manager for projects in the service center domain. This implies among other, being responsible for budget, planning and scope and assuring that the project is delivered on time, on budget, on scope with a good quality standard. The mission includes of course an important part of coordination and communication.
The project manager can be assigned on a new project, or on a project to be taken over from another project manager, or on a part of a running project that is being split-up in different projects.
Methodological skills
A very good general knowledge of project management best practices and a proven experience in managing projects are mandatory requirements.
Experience with one or more methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2) is preferable. Knowledge of the GDF SUEZ project management policies is an asset.
Deliverables This engagement is a commitment on means not on results.
Nevertheless, the following deliverables (non-exhaustive list) are expected as part of the project management methodology:

Profile description
With his/her team, the project manager must integrate a software package or develop a specific solution tailored to the needs of customers or internal users of a company. He/she must manage projects so that costs, schedules, deadlines, specifications and technical constraints are met.
His/her role starts at the design stage (completion time, budget, number of developers) then kicks off and coordinates the project.
In the final stage, after supervising the development of the computer solution, the project manager participates in implementing the tool and, if necessary, gathers suggested improvements.

- Ensure that the development or projects are relevant and timely

- Organize, schedule and oversee the completion of a complex project or a project requiring many interfaces with other projects without violating the project's constraints
- Support the service responsible to bring the project from project mode into service mode

- Lead all actions required for successful project completion
- Manage and present information to the teams and various bodies
- Prepare and lead change management
Resource management
- Manage, optimize and be responsible for all project resources (human resources, budget, customers, final decision)
- Be in charge of the financial management of projects as well as of all defined requirements (quality, costs, times, risks, etc.)

Prerequisites (experience, qualifications, certifications, authorizations)
Master's degree or equivalent through experience
Fluent in (one of the) national language(s), knowledge of ITIL or project methodologies (as Prince2, PMI,.), Experience in project management.
