Infrastructure Team Lead - £65,000 - BirminghamComputer Futures are currently working with a key client based in Birmingham who are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead.
You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the core IT assets listed below:
- Wide Area Network (WAN)
- Local Area Network (LAN)
- Server performance
- Desktop estate and user experience
- Local IT helpdesk
- IT Security Management
- Software legality
- Local IT continuity planning
In order to be successful for this role, you must have the experience in the following:
- Ability to communicate with impact and engage effectively with senior stakeholders
- Team management experience
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Financial and budgetary skills
- Robust problem-solving and analytical skills
- Well developed written and verbal communication skills
- A self starter who is results driven with high levels of self motivation, mobility, energy and initiative
- Strong decision making skills - ability to balance conflicting interests
