Communications Specialist - Retail Banking
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communications Specialist to be based in Manchester for a 3-6 + month contract with a daily rate of £350 - £540
Purpose of the role:
- To ensure the effective and efficient day to day management of the communications function.
- Plan, co-ordinate and oversee the execution of all communications to ensure that the critical path for the project is achieved.
- Support the Media Relations Team, Communications Planning Manager and Portfolio Delivery Director.
- Draft, agree and deliver customer letters and supporting documents (questions & answers, telephone call scripts) to tight deadlines in line with Programme requirements.
Skills and experience required:
- Significant knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Highly organised and logical with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience of internal communications.
- Experience of drafting regulatory letters for internal comms.
- Able to co-ordinate individuals and groups to achieve tight deadlines and demanding expectations.
