Description

Interim Complaints Manager required for a London based NHS Trust for a period of 3 months.

My client has approached me to assist them in sourcing an interim Complaints officer whilst to help with the work load.

To be considered for this post you need the following experience:

- Excellent Grammar and letter writing skills.

- Help with the back log with complaints.

- Have excellent literary skills and written communication.

- Working under pressure to deal with complaints in a fast but professional manner.

- Strong knowledge of complaints handling processes.

- Complaint handling experience is essential

- Excellent administration skills.
