*Interim Instructional Designer/E-learning Consultant -3 months - Leading Financial Services Organisation -Competitive Day Rate (Ltd) - Swindon*
Our client is a leading Financial Services Organisation based in Swindon who are looking for an Interim Instructional Designer/E-learning Consultant to join their management team on a 3 months contract.

Key Responsibilities:
To lead on design training activity on a project, responsible for training needs analysis, DDP, Design, E-learning (build and deliver). Create exciting eLearning materials using a variety of design method and development tools, management of stakeholders and project managing using specific methodology and governance requirements.
Experience required for this role:
Instructional Designer experience Proven experience of designing and developing E-learning material Ideally have experience working in the Financial Services/Banking environment or similar is desirable
Must have experience of using 'Captivate v6' and/or 'Lectora v12' to create the actual training (eg) diagrams and online slides
Ideally TNA, DDP, Design and E-learning training experience
Excellent design, organisational and analytical skills
Experience and understanding in using wiring framing and a range of development tools
Good knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Strong project management, negotiation and influencing skills
Extensive stakeholder management experience
Exceptional oral and written communications skills - ability to liaise with personnel/clientele at all levels, present presentation and training delivery material in an efficient manner
